Let's get together and do some lashes!
My lash journey began in 2008 when I discovered that this was even an option! At work, I saw one of my coworkers with lashes and I was immediately hooked. We were TDY at the time so naturally, I had to find a place "back home". I was so committed until tragedy struck in April 2010. I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer (unrelated to lashes, it's just a part of my testimony) and chemotherapy does what it does, makes your hair fall out. Even. My. Lashes. One day during a lash fill appointment after my first session of chemo, my lash tech had some bad news, she couldn't touch a lash without it naturally shedding from the follicle. To my rescue with tissues and a strip lash, she slapped that sucker on me and jokingly said that no one would ever be able to tell. Her heart, her intention, and her love for me, inspired my career path for lashes.
I thank the LORD for her, my health, and His Son's blood that saves us all from death; He had mercy on my soul.
God bless you and see you soon!
